Urban vision for stunning promontory seaside site overlooking Morecambe Bay and the South Lakes. Design including 3D technical studies for optimised solar benefit, strategy for connecting to town centre, affordable and private housing mix, business facilities, and outdoor sheltered live music venue during the summer season. The site was once occupied by Bubbles swimming pool. In January 2023, the UK Government announced funding for the Eden Project North by Grimshaw Architects on the site.
