Client Adviser and Technical Lead for the Linewide program; The Employer’s Design Requirement, development and completion. Built.

Competition design for Network Rail’s station replacement programme. Proposal with community facilities and modular utility hubs, for adaptable and tailored user services. Built.

Business plan for low cost prototype tennis court shelter for implementation in existing parks across GB, enhancing local tennis. Unbuilt.

Prototype modular house, Peterborough. 

Developer submission utilising pre-fabrication and off site manufacture for two to five bedroom housing on regeneration site. Unbuilt.

Canary Wharf Crossrail Place, London. 

Technical management role for Adamson Associates working with Foster + Partners and Arup on station over-site scheme for Canary Wharf Group. Built.

Greenwich Peninsula, London. 

Massing and function study for London Borough of Greenwich Planning Committee for  comparative review alongside developer scheme for the Peninsula. Unbuilt.

Pitzhanger Manor-House, Ealing, London. 

Client Adviser to London Borough of Ealing for strategic client requirements through local consultation, including re-integration of Walpole Park and Manor-House. Built.

Waldemar Avenue, Fulham, London.

House extension in London Conservation Area to create a light and usable family space on a constrained and overshadowed site. Built.

Woodstock Road, Chiswick, London. 

Completely remodelled house, including rear extension into the garden to create usable areas for a growing young family. Built.

Product concept for factory manufactured homes with replacement purchase model for kitchen and bathrooms; build rate of 250 units per year. Unbuilt.

Design competition for developer, Urban Splash. Mixed use scheme with outdoor leisure and urban integration for town centre viability. Unbuilt.

Newham Trackside Wall artwork.

Client advice services to Crossrail and Atkins for brief and completion of Britain’s largest public artwork of 1429 panels over length of 1.9km, involving 3,000 community participants over a five year program. Built.
